If your phone and/or your card has been stolen, please make sure to file a report with the police — this is the only way to ensure that you are insured against any potential damages that may result. Also remember to block your SIM card with your mobile provider and, if necessary, order a new one. Even if your phone is “only” lost, this prevents anyone from making calls in your name or receiving TANs for your account. Once you’ve done that, it is not necessary for us to block the app access for you.
As soon as you have a new smartphone, you can download the Tomorrow app again and log in on the new device. If you also get a new phone number, you will need our support — but we’ll take care of that once you contact us.
If you still have your phone and only the card was stolen or lost, you can block it directly in the Tomorrow app (Settings → Manage cards). If you’re sure you won’t find the card again or that your card details may have fallen into the wrong hands, please order a new card.
